Ashley E. Manning serves as counsel in the firm’s Birmingham (AL) office. While her practice concentrates on workers’ compensation defense, she also has experience in numerous other areas of civil defense litigation including labor and employment, insurance fraud/bad faith, professional liability and premises liability.
Ashley is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in all Alabama State and Federal Courts, and before the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Ashley graduated from Birmingham-Southern College (AL) with a Bachelor of Arts in English and political science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL).
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
